A total of 52 car parks are located on levels 1 and 2 and are accessed off Kate Sheppard Place.
The car park roller door is remotely activated, for entry and egress, using a dedicated access control key.
Traffic lights are situated on the ramp between levels 1 and 2.
All car parks are unit titled and may only be owned by a proprietor of a residential unit.
Automated External Defibrillators (AED) are easy to use and will enable anyone to help save a life.
The AED defibrillator is installed in the entrance lobby adjacent to the elevators.
Defribulator is situated next to the lifts on level one and instructions on how to use it are included with it.
The reception desk is situated within the entrance lobby on level 1.
Mail is delivered daily except Sunday and there is an arrangement in place for papers to be delivered to the building. For further details contact the Building Manager.
Couriers should use the access control system to contact Residents who can then come to reception to collect deliveries. The Building Manager may be able to accept deliveries on behalf of absent Residents.
Located on level 9 the landscaped roof garden is available for use by all Residents.

RECYCLING & WASTE MANAGEMENT
Separate bins are provided on level 1 for paper, glass, plastics and cans suitable for recycling and a separate wheelie bin is provided for recycling cardboard only.
Daily waste bins, for resident’s use only, are located on level 1 and 2 and rubbish is collected Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All rubbish must be placed inside the waste bins.
Electricity is provided by several suppliers including Contact Energy, Genesis Energy, Meridian Energy and Trustpower.
Natural gas is reticulated throughout the Building and is currently supplied by the Body Corporate, invoiced monthly and can be paid by Direct Debit.
Sky TV provides a digital feed to the building for Residents wishing to subscribe.
UFB Fibre Broadband is available throughout the building.
